The Todxs Somos Jorge y Javier Collective (We Are All Jorge and Javier) was formed in 2014 by concerned citizens and alumni of Tecnológico de Monterrey. It supports the fight for truth and justice led by the families of Jorge Mercado and Javier Arredondo, two students killed by the military on March 19, 2010, within the university and falsely labeled as criminals.

With the motto “Without memory, there is no justice, and without justice, there is no peace,” Todxs Somos Jorge y Javier (TSJyJ) promotes artistic actions and political advocacy to remember and honor the lives of our companions and the struggle of their families. This includes a public memorial mural, created and renewed with the community since 2015, at the site where the events occurred. TSJyJ also works to raise awareness about the risks of militarizing public security and explore alternatives for building peace in Mexico.
