The intention of this manual is to present a clear and effective methodology for the archival treatment of the funds and collections preserved by civil society organizations, making considerations specific to the types of files we work with. This manual, then, is based on the experience of the work of Memoria Abierta with the archives of human rights organizations in Argentina and Latin America. Therefore, it follows the guidelines that guided our work in this field.
